Dough:
- 400ml luke warm water
- 14g Yeast
- 1kg spelt flour( 50% whole & 50% white) – subsitute spelt with whole wheat flour (Contact Pablo Majestic treats in Cameroon to purchase whole wheat.
- 30g baking powder
- 250g magarine
- 5Tsp Xylitol (Alternative 1/2 Tsp Stevia)
- 1Tsp Salt
Filling:
- 3 Large carrots
- 2 medium onions
- a handful of slices persley
- 2 maggi ( 1/2 tsp Veg broth)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1Tsp ground pepper
- 3 Tins Sardine
