Fishroll

Dough:

  • 400ml luke warm water
  • 14g Yeast
  • 1kg spelt flour( 50% whole & 50% white) – subsitute spelt with whole wheat flour (Contact Pablo Majestic treats in Cameroon to purchase whole wheat. 
  • 30g baking powder
  • 250g magarine
  • 5Tsp Xylitol (Alternative 1/2 Tsp Stevia)
  • 1Tsp Salt

Filling:

  • 3 Large carrots
  • 2 medium onions
  •  a handful of slices persley
  • 2 maggi ( 1/2 tsp Veg broth)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1Tsp ground pepper
  • 3 Tins Sardine
